We are seeking experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultants to help lease apartment communities in Nashville, TN, and surrounding area. Our clients are looking for employees who enjoy working with a team and have a knack for warm and inviting customer service.

Bilingual Leasing Consultant Requirements:

• Must Be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, Onesite, etc
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for residents and prospects.
• Knowledge of property leasing processes and regulations
• Familiarity with preparing lease agreements and conducting background checks.
• Professional appearance

Bilingual Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
• Provide information on rental rates, leasing specials, and property amenities.
• Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.
• Collect and process rental payments.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes.
• Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
