Do you prefer working overnight and believe meaningful work doesn’t stop when the sun goes down? If so, this is your calling. Pathway Family Services is looking for compassionate, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our overnight team as Youth Care Workers.

Whether you're a seasoned night shifter or just discovering your nocturnal groove, we’ll train you to shine in this role. All you need is to be 21+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a passion for helping youth thrive.

What You Will Do On The Night Shift

• Set a peaceful tone for the evening and help residents wind down
• Monitor and support youth through overnight routines and safety checks
• Be a steady presence during late-night conversations or moments of need
• Document progress and collaborate with the daytime team for continuity
• Assist with early morning prep—breakfast, appointments, and daily transitions
• Keep the environment safe, stable, and supportive while others sleep
