Qualifications

\n
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Wirtgen or Roadtec Milling Machines or operating FDOT Asphalt Paving Machines
\n
• Willing to work days, nights, or weekends as needed
\n
• Able to complete all daily paperwork
\n
• Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license
\n
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
\n

Responsibilities

\n
• Ability to supervise Milling crew activities to maintain design specifications and quality standards
\n
• Takes responsibility for crew performance, including safety, adherence to company policies, and meeting the customer's needs
\n
• Knowledgeable in reviewing equipment condition and maintenance needs
\n
• A strong advocate for promoting and maintaining safe working practices and adherence to company safety standards
\n
• Willingness to perform additional projects and duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team
\n
