This is a Shoe/Clothing/Liquidation Wholesale Warehouse. We resell high end to low end Goods.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wholesale Manager & Inventory Specialist to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing packages, conducting accurate inventory counts, and managing wholesale operations to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
• Prepare and ship orders daily, ensuring accuracy and adherence to shipping deadlines.
• Package and label orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Receiving & Package Management:
• Receive and inspect incoming packages daily, verifying contents against purchase orders.
• Document and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Inventory Management:
• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Update inventory records in the system and resolve any discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.
• Wholesale Management:
• Oversee wholesale accounts, including order processing, customer communication, and fulfillment.
• Maintain relationships with wholesale clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor wholesale inventory needs and coordinate restocking as necessary.
• Operational Support:
• Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards in the warehouse.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support team goals.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or inventory management a plus.
• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, or wholesale operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 60lbs
• Proficiency with inventory management software or systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for managing wholesale accounts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and carrier procedures.
• Experience with wholesale account management or B2B sales.
Work Schedule:
• Monday - Friday
