We’re looking for a high-impact Treasury Manager to join our fast-paced, high-growth FinTech client's environment. This is not your typical back-office treasury role—this is a strategic, product-facing position that sits at the intersection of payments, product enablement, and risk management. You’ll work directly with senior leaders (VPs and above), drive cross-functional initiatives, and help shape the future of our global payment's infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and can manage upward with confidence and clarity. You’ll be a key player in building scalable processes, enhancing internal controls, and supporting product rollouts that impact our client's core business.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–6 years of experience in Treasury within a FinTech environment
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite skills—able to create polished, executive-ready deliverables
• Proven ability to manage up and work directly with senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level)
• Experience with project management and driving initiatives forward independently
• Deep understanding of payment products, money movement, and internal controls
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complexity and push for solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) implementation
• Exposure to banking relationships and regulatory reporting
• Familiarity with FinTech payment partners and APIs
• CIA or CISA certification

Compensation:

$60/hr to $70/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
