Job Description & Requirements

Licensure & Certifications (REQUIRED)

• Active RN license (required to submit)
• BLS Certification (only certification required)

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE (VERY STRICT)

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• RECENT Care Coordinator experience at a California Dignity Health hospital is REQUIRED
  • ❌ Candidates will NOT be considered if they have never worked as a Care Coordinator for Dignity Health / CommonSpirit
