• Key Focus: Assessing patients, Care Coordination, and Discharge Planning (NO Utilization Review)

 

✅ Need to Know & Must-Haves

• Travel Experience: YES, REQUIRED (HARDSTOP) . First-timers are NOT accepted.
• CA License Status: Pending License accepted , but must be licensed upon start date.
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days total requested. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays .
• Weekend REQ: Every Other Weekend rotation is required.
• Floating Expectation: Float to the Laguna Facility is required.
• Locals Accepted: Yes (within 50 miles, at a lower rate).
• Required Skills: Independent ability to arrange DME, SNF, and ambulance transport . Experience with HMOs/IPAs.
