Location: Houston, TX Salary: $95,160 – $130,000 (based on experience) Responsible for the successful execution of federal infrastructure design projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget while meeting all client and regulatory requirements. Manage the full lifecycle of federal engineering projects, from concept through construction and closeout. Lead coordination with engineering consultants, contractors, internal staff, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules in alignment with agency goals and federal procurement guidelines. Manages project documentation, including contracts, reports, correspondence, and submittals in accordance with federal and company standards. Ensures compliance with applicable federal regulations, design standards, and quality control procedures. Collaborates with engineers and CAD technicians to ensure project designs are accurate, complete, and meet contract requirements. Coordinates with subconsultants, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle. Conducts project planning, proposal preparation, and client presentations as needed. Travels to project sites when necessary, based on contract requirements. Acquires and applies an understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. All other duties as assigned. Prepares and maintains project schedules and budgets, identifies and mitigates potential risks, and ensures financial targets are met while maintaining project quality and timelines Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, preferably with federal infrastructure projects. Knowledge of project scheduling software preferred. Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary federal security clearances. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams. Ability to work independently and contribute to the overall team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
