Rise48 is seeking a Systems & Compliance Coordinator to be responsible for managing system operations, ensuring leasing and financial compliance, and supporting consistent property-level performance. This role oversees Entrata system administration, conducts audits, supports financial processes and move-outs, and delivers targeted training to enhance operational accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Entrata System Management & Support:

  • Act as the primary resource for Entrata-related questions, support, and troubleshooting for property-level staff.
  • Manage property and user settings within Entrata to ensure proper system configuration.
  • Oversee Entrata setup during transitions or acquisitions.
  • Address and escalate technical system issues as needed.

2. Leasing & Financial Compliance:

  • Conduct lease and system audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Review lease activity, move-out reports, and deposit accounting for discrepancies and compliance.
  • Collaborate with site teams to resolve accounts receivable issues in Property Management System.
  • Perform spot audits to identify and correct process gaps, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Aid in resolving Accounts Receivable issues for each property.

3. Training & Development:

  • Identify Entrata and process training needs across property teams.
  • Perform training for new hires and underperforming teams on the Property Management System.
  • Promote best practices and support adoption of system tools across properties.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing compliance, or systems administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Entrata or comparable property management platforms.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to train and support cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
