The Barista provides exceptional customer service while making hand-crafted, quality beverages.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer related experience strongly preferred.

JOB ESSENTIALS

• Greet customers, take orders, mixes and serves hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, caf latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, etc. by adhering to recipe and presentation standards while considering customer specifications.
• Maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages and food items.
• Arrange coffee bar/cart supplies and cups/mugs to make attractive displays.
• Maintain bar/cart area in a neat and sanitary manner.
• Clean coffee machines, coffee shop areas, restrooms and preparation areas.
• Record all sales, collects money, operates a cash register and follows all cash-handling procedures as required.

SHIFT NEEDED: Monday through Friday -Full time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 an hour plus tips
