Sprinter Technician - Mercedes-Benz of Spokane Join the Dream Team at Mercedes-Benz of Spokane! We are looking for a top‑notch Mercedes‑Benz Sprinter Technician to work at our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art facility featuring brand‑new drive‑up lifts and Snap‑On built‑in toolboxes. Pay Package Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $38.00/hr. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Mercedes‑Benz Sprinter vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose complex problems. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Sprinter models, systems, and technologies. Utilize manufacturer‑specific tools, equipment, and software to perform repairs and maintenance. Collaborate with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including repair orders and inspection reports. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with manufacturer updates and industry advancements. Strong knowledge of Ford, Dodge, GM models and systems. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet productivity standards. Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
