Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive growth across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos, stories, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions , messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide reports on key insights, trends, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to coordinate brand consistency and promotions.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (budget, targeting, optimization) to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.
  • Influencer and partnership management : Identify, outreach, and collaborate with relevant influencers or partners to boost brand reach.
  • Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and other engagement-driving campaigns.
  • Crisis management : Handle sensitive situations on social platforms and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and optimize content accordingly.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
