For more information, please visit What We Do Be part of a transformative team that is shaping the way First American builds and delivers world-class technology products that fuel the real estate industry. We are looking for a curious and proactive Senior Product Operations Manager who thrives in driving operational rigor and is excited to enable our product development teams to create high-quality user experiences. As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling and accelerating product teams. You will take a systems-thinking approach to improving how our teams work, helping them move fast, and scale effectively without unnecessary friction. Your work will focus on enhancing alignment and collaboration, improving decision-making, and ensuring product teams have the right structures, support, and tools to do their best work. You are a strategic operator with a keen ability to spot opportunities for improvement and drive change through influence rather than authority. You champion forward-thinking and practical problem solving. The ideal candidate is a former Product Manager or Product Operations Manager who deeply understands the craft of product management - someone who has built products, navigated complexity, and knows firsthand what a high-performing product organization looks like. We are open to remote candidates for this role. What You'll Do: Partner with product leadership and delivery teams to identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development processes. Design, execute, and iterate on high-impact processes, i.e., roadmap prioritization and communication, solution impact sizing, quarterly planning, release management, goal-setting frameworks, post-launch processes, and shared rituals. Operationalize a strategy for gathering and synthesizing customer insights into actionable planning. Ensure flawless product releases through documentation, enablement, and context sharing across the organization. Identify and remove friction points in collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design and Research, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to drive seamless execution. Develop and deliver training content to support Product Managers in improving their craft, including reiterating learnings and frameworks from org-wide training, and creating knowledge-sharing opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to product teams, proactively identifying challenges and enabling teams with clear solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement product metrics that measure adoption, value, and business outcomes across the product portfolio. Define and measure success for operational improvements, collecting and analyzing relevant data to refine approaches and drive continuous improvement. Champion best practices for our product tool stack and coach team members to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and artifacts for clarity across cross-functional partners and stakeholders. What You'll Bring: 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in product operations, product management, or enablement roles. Deep understanding of the product discipline and firsthand experience with high-performing product organizations. Direct experience in building, managing, and iterating on product development life cycle processes for enterprise-grade products. Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in a complex, cross-functional environment. Systems thinker, able to design frameworks and approaches that work across multiple teams and evolving needs. Exceptional communicator with an ability to distill complexity into clarity and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proactive problem solver who takes a structured yet flexible approach. Passion for enabling others to do their best work and creating an environment where products can flourish. Direct experience facilitating alignment amongst key partners and stakeholders to drive successful product outcomes. Experience working with SAFe methodology, sprint-based approaches, and taking a prioritized, pragmatic approach to ensure the most impactful products get built and delivered on time. Strong expertise with MS productivity tools (Office, Teams), product analytics and pathing tools (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory, WhatFix), collaboration and work management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack). Pay Range: $126,100 - $168,125 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. #ST2 Note that the following statements only apply to candidates who will be working from an unincorporated area within Los Angeles County. First American will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws (e.g., the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act). First American intends to conduct a review of an applicant's criminal history in connection with a conditional offer. First American reasonably believes that a criminal history may have a direct, adverse and negative relationship with the following material job duties for this position potentially resulting in the withdrawal of the conditional offer of employment: handling of confidential, proprietary or trade secret information belonging to First American or its customers, administrating or facilitating financial transactions, and the ability to meet customer-imposed criminal history requirements. What We Offer By choice, we don't simply accept individuality - we embrace it, we support it, and we thrive on it! Our People First Culture celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion not simply because it's the right thing to do, but also because it's the key to our success. We are proud to foster an authentic and inclusive workplace For All. You are free and encouraged to bring your entire, unique self to work. First American is an equal opportunity employer in every sense of the term. Based on eligibility, First American offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave and other great benefits like an employee stock purchase plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr First American
