As a Screener in a dynamic healthcare environment, you will play a crucial role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include greeting individuals as they enter the location, verifying credentials, and monitoring access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly and compassionately, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
• Screen individuals entering the location by verifying identification, checking for authorized access, and following established screening protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site-specific instructions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.
• Communicate professionally with staff, patients, and visitors to address questions and provide directions as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and any concerns according to company and site requirements.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following all procedures specific to the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
