Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, contracted position is available for a licensed school counselor to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role is based in Houston, TX, and involves providing essential counseling services within a school environment during the academic year.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering individual and group counseling sessions tailored to student needs
• Assisting students with academic, social, and emotional development
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a supportive school climate
• Developing and implementing intervention strategies for students requiring additional support
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Masters degree in Counseling or related degrees
• Valid Texas state Counseling license
