Leviathan Capital is hiring motivated sales professionals for a full-time, in-office role at our Brooklyn location. We specialize in helping small businesses access fast, flexible capital. With over 7 years in the industry, our infrastructure, training, and leadership have consistently turned ambitious reps into six-figure earners.
We provide high-quality lead data, proven systems, and real mentorship — everything you need to succeed, if you’re ready to work for it.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to business owners using a curated lead list
Initiate sales conversations and qualify potential funding opportunities
Guide clients through our funding process with the support of internal teams
Manage your sales pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems
Improve consistently through coaching and live feedback
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary + uncapped commission
Top performers regularly earn $10K–$20K/month
Structured onboarding and hands-on sales training
Clear growth path for closers and team leads

Required Qualifications
1+ year of B2B sales, phone-based, or commission based work experience ( solar, tech, real estate, finance etc )
Basic computer literacy (email, CRM, spreadsheets)
Reliable and punctual with daily in-office availability (Brooklyn, NY)
