We’ll provide the tools and training you need to excel, including a training salary during your first 60 days to help you get started. What You’ll Do:

• Create a fun buying experience that our customers will never forget!
• Build strong relationships and maintain open communication throughout the sales process.
• Set, meet, and exceed sales goals with confidence.
• Be the go-to liaison between customers and all departments.
• Conduct impressive walk-through presentations and stay in touch with potential buyers.
• Participate in ongoing training, morning meetings, and special vendor sessions to keep your skills sharp.
• Attend exciting RV shows, 2-3 times a year.
• Most importantly, have a blast selling dreams on wheels and waves!
