Are you looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role where your work truly matters? At Milton CAT, our Order Fulfillment Associates are the heartbeat of our distribution operations. You'll be part of a motivated team that ensures our customers get the parts they need-accurately and on time. Work Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Pay Rate: $21.58 - $30.27 hour based on experience. This is a union position.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment across the warehouse, not just one station.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Receive incoming merchandise and stock shelves.
• Use RF scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory.
• Occasionally assist walk-in or pick-up customers.
• Assemble hydraulic hoses using specialized tools.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (45 lbs unassisted) and work at heights up to 25 feet
• Basic math and computer skills
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with WMS software preferred
• Forklift certification a plus
