No storefront, just smart, direct sales. Our ranch's beef, pork, and chicken, sold straight to folks around OKC through online orders for pick up or delivery. You will run the show, keeping everything from stock to shipments humming. Key Responsibilities Oversee e-commerce operations: process orders, handle payments, update site inventory. Manage inventory: flow-track stock, order restocks, minimize waste. Maximize sales: analyze sales trends, set pricing, and launch promos to drive growth. Work closely with our processing plant and ranch for consistent quality and schedules. Communicate with our accounting department regarding sales, inventory, and price setting. Deliver top customer service: answer questions, resolve issues, foster loyalty. Jump in on deliveries or lead the day-to-day operations team. Train and motivate a lean team as we grow. Qualifications Two or more years’ experience in retail, e-commerce, food sales, or logistics. Familiar with online platforms. Strong organization and attention to detail.
