Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - College Park, MD

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Move Up ABA Maryland, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, led by our expert Chief Clinical Officer, Monique Mc Govern (MS, BCBA, LBA). Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children and adults with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism and related disorders
Implement Behavior Analysis Interventions (BAI) under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or have a strong background in ABA principles and techniques
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field a plus
0 years of experience or recent graduates are welcome to apply
Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20 hours per week)
