Job Summary – Jr. AI Project Manager (Pittsburgh, PA – Onsite)

CEI is seeking a motivated Jr. AI Project Manager to help drive forward our current and future AI initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals looking to build a career at the intersection of business, technology, and artificial intelligence . The Jr. AI Project Manager will support projects from concept to resolution, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with CEI’s strategic goals.

This is a full-time onsite position in Pittsburgh and is open to both permanent and contract hires .

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of AI-related initiatives across CEI.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks where necessary.
• Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and presentations for leadership.
• Gain hands-on exposure to AI-driven solutions within an IT services environment.

Required Qualifications

• MBA from a well-recognized program is required (recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply).
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in project management, business, or technology fields.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of AI concepts, tools, or applications .
• Experience working in or exposure to IT services organizations .
• Open to OPT candidates who bring prior software development experience .
