Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented student currently enrolled in an undergraduate program to join our dynamic team as a fall-winter intern. The internship will have an initial term of 2-3 months but may be extended for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have an active interest in economics and investing with the drive to be an integral part of our growing team. The prospective candidate will be working closely with the firm's real estate team evaluating investments, assisting in underwriting and market research.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in real estate investments.
• Collect and analyze data related to property performance, market conditions, and economic factors affecting real estate.
• Develop and test investment theses based on sound market research and analysis.
• Call real estate leads.

Skills

• Proficiency in quantitative analysis and data collection techniques.
• Working knowledge of investment analysis
• Proficiency in Excel is required (must understand how to use LOOKUPs and be able to parse data efficiently within the software)
