Account Manager / Estimator

Join a fast-paced, growing print and mail company in Bridgeview, IL, as an Account Manager/Estimator! We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage client accounts and provide accurate project estimates for print, mail, and fulfillment services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Prepare detailed estimates for print and mail jobs, including materials, labor, and timelines
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Track job costs and assist with invoicing accuracy

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in print/mail or related estimating/account management role
• Strong understanding of print production processes and materials
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; estimating software experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
