We have partnered with a established leading Veterinary Clinic to recruit for a Practice Manager which will oversee all operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years management experience required
• Previous veterinary experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills required, particularly in MS Excel; intermediate proficiency needed in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in practice management software
• Demonstrated empathy and respect for both teammates and patients

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering organic revenue growth
• Enhance customer satisfaction and boost patient retention rates
• Lead a team of 14 employees including 1 Medical Director and 1 Veterinarian
• Proactively assess and resolve gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures
• Discover and implement strategies that empower division teammates to thrive in their roles, while cultivating a positive team culture
