Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Customization Product Owner and Development Manager Key Skills: Power Platform, AzureDevOps, and Microsoft 365 Location: Preferred location in SF Bay Area but Remote in the US is an option Communication with business stakeholders - Define and prioritize features / backlog items Gather requirements / partner with a Business Analyst to gather requirements from business stakeholders and document and communicate delivery expectations to developers Communication and coordination with IT executives Experience working within strict change management procedures/policies Velocity measurement and forecasting PI Planning Measure & achieve goals Sprint planning management and / or collaboration with Scrum Master / Project Manager Oversee and optimize development team Ensure accountability - Validate estimates and drive velocity from developers Help unblock developers where they are blocked with technical issues Coding & Security Standards Assist with defining and implementing adherence to code quality standards Assist with defining and implementing adherence to code security standards Required Skills & Experience Hands on experience with development in Microsoft 365: SPFx Development Power Platform Development (Power Apps and Power Automate) Azure Development for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 customizations and extensions with Graph API, REST API and other interfaces Experience with C# and React Experience leading a global development team Experience / accreditation as an Agile development team manager or Scrum Master Experience with architecture design for SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 customizations Experience with enterprise Application lifecycle management in Power Platform and Microsoft 365 development Experience with COE principles for Power Platform environments, solutions and deployment Experience with Azure DevOps Experience in structuring and managing operations for code repositories with Azure DevOps repos. Experience with security tools like GitGuardian /Veracode and their integration with DevOps pipelines Experience with cloud migration strategy Experience with Jira for managing projects, tasks, releases, bug fixes, etc. Experience with ServiceNow for tracking change requests, security reviews, service requests, etc. Desired Skills & Experience Developing Power BI data visualizations Background in quality assurance Background in business analysis Background with SecDevOps Background with SecOps Past experience working at organizations in the Finance industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Netwoven
