Job Title: Node.js AWS developer
Location: Newark, NJ

Core Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering quality backend services and solutions using Node.JS, REST, RDBMS, No SQL and other web technologies.
• Candidate must be able to work with a minimum technical supervision and supplemental engineering support

Work experience must have included:

• Hands-on development and Proficient excellence in backend API development using Node.js
• Expertise in building REST based micro services in a serverless architecture
• Experience and thorough understanding of NoSQL databases like DynamoDB
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Terraform, Elastic Search, Kibana), NodeJS, Python, Twilio, AWS Pinpoint
• Familiarly with event/message driven system design and architecture
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, and asynchronous architectures
• Proven track record on delivering results, especially in the area of writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code.
• Familiar with in DevOps process and tooling for deployment, monitoring and site reliability engineering
• Familiar with managing applications in cloud.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced Agile team environment and be able to effectively drive cross-team solutions that have complex dependencies and requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
