What You’ll Do:
Own Product Strategy – Identify market opportunities and develop assortments that drive business growth.
Analyze & Optimize – Leverage sales data, competitive research, and customer insights to maximize product success.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Design, Planning, and Marketing to bring compelling products to life.
Drive Sales Growth – Develop pricing and positioning strategies that boost revenue and align with brand goals.
Lead & Mentor – Guide and develop a small team while making impactful merchandising decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
Highly analytical & detail-oriented – You thrive on data, trends, and insights.
A strong communicator & collaborator – You can influence decisions across teams.
A strategic thinker with a passion for product – You see the big picture but sweat the small details.
4-6 years of merchandising, buying, or product development experience.
