Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Online Marketing to support and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong design sensibility, hands-on experience managing social media channels, and the ability to maintain and update company websites. The Associate Manager will play a key role in strengthening our online presence, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement across digital platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Develop, schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
-Create visually compelling digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online promotions
-Ensure brand consistency across all online channels, including tone, visuals, and messaging
-Manage and update the company website, including content uploads, basic layout changes, and coordination with internal or external developers as needed
-Monitor social media performance, engagement, and trends, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
-Support online marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
-Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align digital content with business objectives
-Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of online marketing activities
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and design innovations
Competencies(KSA/Knowledge, Skills, Ability):
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the followings;
- 3–6 years of experience in online marketing, social media management, or digital content creation
-Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
-Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, Words, Power point
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Strong visual and design sensibility with experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar
-Hands-on experience managing corporate social media accounts
-Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
