Part-time – $30.00-$45.00/hr (DOE) 1 year contract with the possibility to renew contract Description Steps For Change (SFC), LLC, is seeking one contracted part-time Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with experience providing caring nursing skills to our residents. Steps For Change Adult Residential (SFC-AR) is an in-patient sex offender treatment program located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The program houses up to 7 men. You will work alongside the clinical director and various onsite support staff. This role is very part-time and requires 4 hours a week to complete the following:

• providing reminders to residents to take medications that are self-administered or providing storage for medications if requested
• providing assistance in the preparation and administration of medications other than injectables,
• provision of therapeutic diets (when necessary)
• taking vital signs
• providing assistance in dressing, grooming, bathing, or with walking devices (when necessary)

Steps For Change – Adult Residential (SFC-AR) is a non-secure 7 bed community based residential facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota that provides treatment to justice involved adult males who have engaged in illegal sexual behaviors who are in need of a higher level of treatment intensity. SFC-AR’s target population includes: Level 3’s/Required to register as a predatory offender Individuals with significant antisocial behavior patterns and criminal histories Deviant sexual interests Exhibiting sexually compulsive behaviors Adults who committed the offense as a juvenile Neurodiverse Have mild cognitive impairments
