IT Recruiter - Nashville, TN (Downtown)

Our client is a national search and staffing firm that focuses on IT, accounting, and finance roles. They are looking to add a strong IT Recruiter in their Dallas office. They have won Best Companies to Work For numerous times. They offer an uncapped commission plan, quarterly incentives, and an annual contest/trip for top performers. They also provide ongoing training, personal achievement plans, and opportunities for internal growth.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. 3+ years of experience as a successful recruiter in an agency environment.
2. A positive attitude and strong work ethic
3. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
7. Ability to work onsite 4 days a week and earn additional remote days based on performance

Responsibilities:

1. Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and referrals to attract the very best candidates
2. Cultivate relationships with candidates through phone and video interviews via Zoom
3. Partner with our Account Managers to fill contract, contract to hire, and direct hire roles for our clients
4. Match candidate skills/desires/personality with our client's needs
5. Negotiate pay rates with Consultants and Candidates
6. Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire
7. Utilize Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to track and monitor progress and activity
