TRC Talent is looking for a Facilities Coordinator for our client in Kennesaw, GA!

 

Job Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator will support daily building operations, vendor communication, and maintenance activities for a well-established organization in Kennesaw, GA. This role works closely with the onsite HVAC technician, vendors, and contractors while reviewing contracts, coordinating services, and obtaining CFO approval for invoices. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and has a calm, laid-back personality that thrives in a collaborative, steady-paced environment.

 

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–5:00PM
  • Pay: $26.50–$28.80/hr (based on experience)
  • Type: Temp to Hire
  • Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily facility operations to ensure functionality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Review and interpret facility and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with the HVAC technician and external contractors.
  • Submit maintenance invoices and bills for approval through the CFO.
  • Handle minor building repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and landlords to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular building inspections and monitor for potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and vendor services.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Support relocation or setup projects when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance management, or a similar role.
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts, invoices, and technical documents.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and general building systems.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with facility management software (CMMS a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Calm, professional, and dependable demeanor with a proactive approach.
