Director of Construction

We are looking for a highly motivated director of construction. We specialize in luxury semi-custom homes for retirees and empty nesters, the company continues to grow in number of projects, revenue, recognition and capabilities. What you will be doing:

• Oversees construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while managing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain safety, compliance, and profitability. Key duties include - Project planning and scheduling, budget and resource management, risk assessment, quality control, and communication with clients and internal teams.

What you need:

• 10+ years of experience in semi-custom home construction and leading teams.
