This is not your typical customer service job . You won’t be answering phones or sitting behind a desk. As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be out in the community, representing life-changing causes at live events, pop-ups, and public spaces.

You’ll have meaningful conversations that educate, inspire, and mobilize the public to take action.

🧩 Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and advocacy campaigns at in-person events and community outreach activations

• Deliver clear, empathetic messaging that builds public awareness and support

• Engage the public with professionalism, positivity, and purpose

• Build trust and rapport with community members and potential supporters

• Collaborate with your outreach team to maximize campaign success and visibility

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for advocacy, community organizing, or public engagement

• Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented mindset

• Quick learner who adapts well to fast-paced environments

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
