Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with a proven track record in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top talent for various roles while partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. This role requires expertise in identifying candidates for technical, operational, and leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align hiring goals.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for critical positions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing roles and labor market trends.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
