Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are an established general contractor that has been in business for many years in the LA/OC area. We are building out our TI division and looking for a Project Manager to help lead the department. This is a rare career growth opportunity that does not come around often.

Commercial construction experience is a must, more specifically corporate TI project experience at/over $10M in value. We have projects lined up for many years and looking for someone to join us immediately.

Job Details

• Experience working on commercial renovation projects
• 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for a GC
• Ability to lead a department
• Construction software experience
• Ability to visit sites in OC and LA
