Job Scope

As the CEO of QORETEX, you will take full leadership of the companys strategy, operations, and business expansion. You will lead the company in building a globally impactful infrastructure for the live-streaming ecosystem powered by AI. Responsibilities include:

• Formulate and execute the companys vision, business strategy, and growth roadmap;
• Lead market expansion across Southeast Asia and globally in the domain of AI-driven social and live-streaming products;
• Oversee core AI product development and delivery, including streamer assistant tools, automated guild operation systems, and data service platforms;
• Drive digital infrastructure improvements across customer service, content moderation, recommendation engines, and channel management systems;
• Manage financial planning, cost optimization, and investment ROI enhancement;
• Build internal operations and governance systems, including compliance, risk control, organizational structure, and OKR goal alignment;
• Lead and scale cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, operations, and business development;
• Represent the company externally with key stakeholders, including platforms, investors, and government partners (e.g. EDB).

Requirements

• Experience : At least 10 years of senior-level experience in product, technology, or business leadership roles, preferably in social entertainment, live-streaming, e-commerce, or content platforms;
• Proven track record as a Product Director or above, with expertise in system architecture, large-scale project management, and international team operations;
• Strong understanding of mid-platform architecture, AI implementation (LLMs, recommendation systems, voice processing, RPA, etc.), and compliance/risk frameworks;
• Experience in building from zero in startup environments is highly valued;
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams of 50+ members across disciplines.
