Position Summary
As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will assist customers with login problems, billing inquiries, subscription changes, and technical troubleshooting via live chat. You will use company scripts and workflows to provide accurate and empathetic support.

Compensation & Scheduling

Raises to $30–$35/hr after 30 QA-approved shifts

– Simulated chat practice
– QA-monitored first shift
– Paid shifts start in 3–5 days
