*Key Responsibilities*
In this role, you will be essential to our mission, with responsibilities including:
* Representing both non-detained and detained clients in Removal Proceedings before the Immigration Court.
* Preparing, filing, and vigorously advocating for claims including Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT), Cancellation of Removal, and Adjustment of Status.
* Drafting, filing, and arguing complex motions and legal briefs.
* Conducting deep legal research to develop innovative case strategies and creative legal solutions.
* Managing a caseload with a high degree of autonomy, while providing strategic case reviews and updates.
*What You Bring (Qualifications)*
*Required Qualifications:*
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
* Active admission to the Arizona State Bar in good standing.
* A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in immigration law *and/or* criminal defense.
* Professional proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with clients.
* Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the Phoenix area.
* Software Savvy.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Demonstrated experience specifically in removal defense before the Immigration Court and the USCIS.
* Full fluency in Spanish.

Pay: $72,973.48 - $87,882.04 per year
