*Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)*

*Sign-On Bonus:* Up to *$2,500* for full-time employees
*Schedule:* Monday–Friday
*Service Area:* Salem and surrounding cities
*Pay:* $34–$38/hour (DOE)
*Bonuses:* Monthly bonus incentive equivalent to an additional $3.00/hour

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
First Call Home Health provides skilled services while collaborating with all disciplines to meet the team’s goals for each patient. Our Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants assess, plan for, evaluate, and modify goals based upon the Occupational Therapy Intervention goals from the direction of the Occupational Therapist. To help patients regain functional mobility within the activities of daily living.

*Job Requirements *
Graduated from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current license in OR as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Demonstrate an interest in professional development
Display strong time management skills
COTA experience in Home Health preferred
