Job Description
3 PILARS LLC is a multi-directional logistics company based in Conroe, TX, specializing in cold-chain, cargo, and express delivery. We’re expanding our fleet and seeking professional CDL drivers who value secure handling, compliance, and contract-ready operations.
Responsibilities :
Safely operate company-assigned vans or trucks for local and regional deliveries
Handle temperature-sensitive cargo with precision and care
Follow secure handling protocols and NDA-first onboarding procedures
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients
Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance records
Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A license (Class B or non-CDL roles also available)
Clean driving record (MVR check required)
DOT Medical Card
Experience with cargo, cold-chain, or express delivery preferred
Willingness to sign NDA and follow secure handling protocols
Pay & Schedule:
$23–$30/hr , based on experience and route type
Flexible shifts available (day, night, weekend)
