Shaw Industries is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Totalworx Solutions Specialist. The TSS will play a critical role in driving sales growth by combining technical expertise with sales skills. This individual will be responsible for understanding and articulating the technical aspects of our products while building strong customer relationships to drive sales across the southeastern market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both technical problem-solving and sales, with a deep understanding of the Totalworx flooring accessories. Bachelor's degree or a related field preferred; high school diploma required. Minimum of 3-7 years of industry experience, focusing on technical products within the flooring or coatings industry. Strong understanding of resinous flooring systems and coatings, including protective and floor coatings. Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, foster customer relationships, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Technical proficiency in product specifications, data sheets, and industry standards. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to support business objectives.
