Each year, PepWear attends more than 800+ events to celebrate the achievements of students, primarily High School State Championship events. These occur year-round, with peak times in January, April, September, and November. High school events run from late October through June. In this position, you will set up tents, tables, registers, and sell souvenir merchandise (mainly custom t-shirts, sometimes plaques and memorabilia) to high school students at state championships. Highlights include: W-2 position, earn commissions based on sales, plus bonuses All expenses paid, including mileage and drive time Work with great people and customers Opportunity to travel Couples are welcome The Event Sales Representative (PepRep) is responsible for: Transporting merchandise and equipment to the event site Setting up the sales booth Selling products Packing up after the event Reporting sales, expenses, and managing money collected Managing a team of 1 to 5 helpers This role requires being on your feet for hours and lifting/moving boxes up to 40 pounds. Events may occur on weekdays and weekends, lasting from one day to several days. This is a Part-Time/Seasonal position. Peak times are January-April and September-November, mostly on Saturdays.
