Receptionist Position

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This role is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all visitors and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients professionally in English and Spanish
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails
• Translate basic verbal and written communication between English and Spanish as needed
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Maintain front desk organization and common areas
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and protected information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 12 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
