What You'll Do
  • Plan, organize, implement, and supervise activities for our residents while maintaining confidentiality of personal and medical file information.
  • Motivates and encourages resident involvement and participation.
  • Lead a team of activities assistants including daily delegation and supervision of activities
  • Manage the supplies budget, and purchase what is needed on a regular basis.
  • Serves as the liaison between all departments in the community to communicate resident progress and involvement in activities.
  • Partner with our marketing team to provide activities information as a selling point to potential new residents and their families
What We're Looking For
  • You have a high school diploma or GED.
  • You are friendly and motivated to enrich the lives of our senior citizen residents.
  • You are an organized self-starter.
  • You have good computer skills.
  • You are adaptable and flexible.
