Account management as primary responsibility. This role includes managing databases and ensuring smooth account operations. Responsible for providing administrative and client support. Responsible for leading appropriate resources to address the client's service needs, managing communication with retail brokers, and maintaining solid relationships with the programs broker partners. Manages and tracks assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion. Coordinates with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to gather required information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure documentation meets company standards.
Bachelor's degree; no experience required.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of account management associate experience. Previous commercial lines insurance experience. Experience using the system AIM.
Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues. Accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to collaborate effectively with our broker partners and internal team members.
