Salary: $37/hr

Full time (33 hrs./week) | Monday | Tuesday | Thursday | 7:45 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday | 7:45 a.m. - 12 p.m. | Friday | 7:45 a.m. - 1p.m.
Essential Job Duties:
· Manage all accounts receivable in an accurate and timely manner
· Manage past due payments and overdue accounts
· Verify all insurance information and eligibility prior to patient appointments
· Effectively present treatment plans and financial responsibility to patients
· Answering multiple phone lines
· Scheduling and confirming surgical appointments
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Organized self-starter and motivated problem solver
· Highly organized and energetic team player
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Clear and effective communication skills both written and oral
· Very dependable
Experience:
· High school diploma
· 2+ years’ experience in both dental and medical claim forms including coding (required)
· 1 - 3+ years' experience in front office role (Dental office preferred)
· Knowledge of dental terminology
· Knowledge of Dental Software (Dentrix or DSN software is preferred)
