Job Summary-
**The hourly rate for this position is $29.05 for 1st shift. Responsibilities-\n - Assemble components into sub-assemblies and perform final assembly of Aircraft and Crew-served weapons.
\n - Maintain, sets-up and operate a variety of equipment such as arbor and hydraulic straightening presses, paint.
\n - Follow established company directives and policies, military specifications, process sheet operations, and instructions.
\n - Ensure appropriate interchange of sub-assembly components through a constant awareness of required tolerance and fit of mating parts.
\n - Use precision functional gages, alignment and work holding fixtures, pneumatic tools, drill presses, riveters, etc.
\n - Perform fitting and rework tasks such as grinding, filling, drilling, etc.
\n - Use hand tools such as pneumatic and hand type abrasive tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, mallets, etc
\n - Must have physical ability to lift, move, adjust, etc. items weighing approximately 35 lbs. on a production basis.

Qualifications- Required: - Must pass an Assembly on site test using blueprints and be mechanically skilled.

\n - High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
\n - Employee must have basic computer skills and may be required to enter and verify information into written forms or database(s) as appropriate.
\n - Average 18 months. Includes over 1 year through 2 years.
