Join our successful, established Cosmetic MedSpa in downtown Pensacola! We’re looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to join our high-end, growing practice. The ideal candidate will have 1–2+ years of experience working in a medical spa , dermatology , or plastic surgery setting, with strong communication skills and hands-on knowledge of injectables and cosmetic laser treatments .

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Provide the highest standard of patient care with sound judgment and integrity
• Perform thorough patient consultations with personalized treatment planning
• Administer injectable treatments (e.g. Botox, Juvederm, Voluma) for facial wrinkles and volume restoration
• Perform various laser procedures , including:
  • Laser skin resurfacing
  • Skin tightening
  • Body contouring
  • Fat reduction
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment regimens
• Take precise before-and-after photos and maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Deliver exceptional follow-up and contribute to patient retention
• Collaborate with the team to cross-sell services and support practice growth

Requirements:

• Current Florida state license (NP or PA)
• Minimum 1–2 years of aesthetic experience (medspa, derm, or plastics)
• Confident with a range of injectables and laser platforms
• Skilled in-patient consultations and treatment planning
• Professional, positive, and a team player
• Knowledge of skincare and non-surgical cosmetic treatments
• Proficient with EMR systems
• Independent, solutions-oriented clinical thinker
• Committed to ongoing education and staying current in the field
