Job Summary: Loop Fulfillment is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and preferably Hindi/Gujarati/Telugu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of all warehouse activities.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Manage warehouse staff, including, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Implement and maintain safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and personnel performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Hindi/Gujarati/Telugu is a huge plus!!
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience with Extensiv WMS is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate to clients via WhatsApp (call, text)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with RFID and barcode systems.
• Ability to operate and train others on various warehouse equipment.
