Job Title: Associate 1
Location: Montezuma, GA
Duration: 3 - 4 months (May extend depending on the client needs)
Work schedule: 1st shift 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Friday)
Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently operate multiple pieces of equipment within at least 2 departments.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products according to safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to uphold hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 6 months experience working in a manufacturing environment applying common processes, procedures, and equipment.
• Proficient keyboarding skills.
• Background in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to start immediately.
• Ability to work in a 38-degree environment while wearing layers of clothing.
